Food creator, photographer, and professional over-orderer when at a restaurant.

For years, I worked in hospitality before becoming a photographer (I have an MFA in Fine Art Photography) and content creator. I became gluten intolerant in my early 40’s and while it changed the way I ate, it didn’t change the way I feel about food. I am not interested in “good for gluten-free.” I want the buttery croissants. The chewy focaccia. The pillowy cream puffs. The meals that make you close your eyes after the first bite. So I started making them myself. Today, I share indulgent recipes, scroll stopping food videos, and celiac-safe travel inspiration for people who refuse to settle.
